to have that prospective buyer go “ooohh” and “aawwww” when looking at your lovely home.

Why not spend a few dollars and make it look brand new again? Just think about it, if a potential

buyers enters your house, and they see cracked paint or old, peeling paint or even sun-faded paint,

their first thought will be, “This house is old and needs a lot of work. Let’s go Honey.” And they will

quickly move to the next house. Or, how about when a potential buyer opens the door to your home

and is met by the smell and sight of freshly paint walls. They see no signs of anyone else’s pictures
